  • civil disputes and business law

Wills & Probate Expertise

Andrew is particularly passionate about wills and probate matters having over 10 years of experience managing deceased estate cases. “Over the years, I have conducted many complex estate administration matters and Supreme Court will challenges, with favourable outcomes.”

Estate and Guardianship matters often involve difficult family relationships and tense conflicts, for example when someone has been left out of a family will or there is a dispute regarding the care of a family member.

Andrew’s experience and genuine sensitivity towards his clients and his highly sought-after negotiation skills can help families resolve disputes at an early stage of the proceedings, to avoid a lengthy and costly trial.

Employment Law Expertise

Andrew is also extremely driven in areas of employment law. He advises and assists employees and employers on cases of unfair dismissal and discrimination, and regularly appears at the Fair Work Commission and Victorian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission and has extensive knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009.

“Many of my weekly phone appointments are from employees seeking urgent advice about their pressing workplace issue.” In these instances, Andrew helps his clients by giving practical advice, assisting with disciplinary meetings with their employer or walking them through lodging an unfair dismissal claim.

At Le Brun & Associates, we have helped many people across Melbourne resolve matters of wills & estates and employment law. To book a free 30-minute consultation with Andrew, contact us or email You can also connect with Andrew directly via LinkedIn.
